Hello! I’m Christine Munar, a Filipino-American based in Southern California, who finds true passion at the intersection of creativity, strategic implementation, and making a positive impact.

After graduating from UC Berkeley with a bachelor’s in Computer Science, I spent 6 exciting years as a software engineer in the Bay Area, Seattle, and New York. Recently, I took a bold leap and transitioned to entrepreneurship, a dream that traces back to my earliest childhood memories (e.g. opening a “coffee shop” in my very own bedroom!).

Today, I'm the proud owner of Miss Munar, a small food business on a mission to share vibrant Filipino culture through our plant-based lumpia, making Filipino cuisine more accessible. For me, Miss Munar isn't just about food—it's a celebration of culture, creativity, and community.

When I'm not busy in the kitchen or chatting with customers, you'll find me filming and editing content for my lifestyle brand and blog, or indulging in hobbies like painting, pole dancing, and exploring the globe.

Whether it's in business, tech, or other artistic pursuits, I absolutely love bringing ideas to life! I enjoy solving challenging problems, executing with tact, and most importantly, putting a smile on others’ faces.
